It all started nearly 20 years ago, when a 16 years old Tobi began to help out his uncle who had a building company in Poland. He liked it enough to decide to study construction and a few years later, he became a proud graduate with a Master’s Degree in structural engineering from the University of Technology in Bydgoszcz (Poland).

 

But working in an engineering office quickly became dull. Tobi wanted to be on the construction site, getting his hands dirty and keeping his finger on the pulse of the project. Several years working on Polish construction sites as a site manager and project manager allowed Tobi to get a variety of experience and convinced him that this was really what he wanted to do. Seeking new challenges and ways to develop, he moved to the UK in 2010, where he started by working with several building companies in Bristol for a few years, gaining local experience and knowledge of the UK practices. By 2013 Tobi was working as an independent self-employed building contractor and in 2016, with more customers and work coming Tobi's way that he could manage on his own, Profile Construction was born: a professional team of builders who aim to provide top quality service, tailor-made to fulfil specific needs, driven by Tobi’s genuine passion for building, his exceptional problem-solving ability, attention to detail and a design flair.

 

The business is small, but it is growing fast. Majority of our business comes from returning customers or is a result of our customers recommending Profile Construction to their family, friends and acquaintances.
